Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, we have a strict but fair refund policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@magnoliarl.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will reship your order or issue a store credit. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
No Returns on Opened Products
For safety and integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or stored improperly. Research compounds must be returned in their original, sealed condition to be eligible for any refund consideration.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
