Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and FedEx. All peptide compounds are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain compound integrity during transit. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout. All orders ship from within the United States.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are solely responsible for ensuring that importing the ordered compounds is legal in their country and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs.

Storage Recommendations

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods during transit. Upon receipt, store unreconstituted compounds in a freezer at -20°C. Reconstituted compounds should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within the timeframes noted in your product documentation.
